Finance Controller

About the Role

Sandheera Lifespaces LLP is spearheading a landmark residential project located in Muthangi, ORR Exit 3, Hyderabad. We seek a finance professional who demonstrates ownership and leadership, to take charge of the entire finance and compliance operations for this flagship project, anticipated to span six years. This is a comprehensive role focusing on project finances, compliance with RERA, and digital accounting via Zoho Books.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate digital accounting records within Zoho Books.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee purchase orders, vendor invoices, payment scheduling, and related documentation.
• Administer payroll, reimbursements, and petty cash management.
• Ensure punctual compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, and all other statutory obligations.
• Prepare and manage financial statements and documents necessary for RERA compliance and other certifications.
• Coordinate with banks for project-related loans, documentation, compliance, and disbursement processes.
• Develop and furnish MIS reports, cash flow projections, budgets, cost reports, and management dashboards.
• Engage with statutory auditors, tax consultants, practicing Chartered Accountants, bankers, and regulatory bodies.
• Create and uphold robust internal financial controls, standard operating procedures, and audit-ready documents.

Requirements

• Preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a finance degree and a strong accounting background.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or project finance domains is highly regarded.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll management, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with RERA compliance is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software is essential.
• High integrity, keen analytical skills, and readiness to independently manage the finance function.
