Role Overview

Our client, a rapidly expanding food manufacturing and retail company in Kochi, Kerala, seeks a strategic Finance Head to lead the finance function across India. This senior leadership position will work closely with top management to enhance financial governance, guide commercial decisions, and support extensive Pan-India growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance & Accounts for manufacturing and retail operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business partnering activities.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory regulations, and robust internal controls and audits.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, costing, and commercial finance functions.
• Develop scalable finance processes and guide a high-performing finance team.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and IT departments to boost business outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is essential.
• 10 to 20 years of leadership experience in finance.
• Background in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Bakery, Retail, or Quick Service Restaurant sectors.
• Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, costing, and business partnering.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, and leading finance teams.
