Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Communicate proactively with investors via telephone and digital platforms, providing updates and insights on mutual funds, fixed deposits, bonds, and debenture investments.
• Create tailored investment plans that reflect the clients' short, medium, and long-term financial objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through regular multi-channel engagement.
• Keep abreast of evolving market trends, new financial products, and investment opportunities to offer current and pertinent advice.
• Contribute to business expansion by tracking potential clients, engaging in follow-ups, and attracting new customers through referrals, networking, and outreach activities.
• Males may be required to visit client locations at varying times and days to finalize documentation as necessary.

Eligibility and Work Conditions

• Minimum qualification: Graduate from any discipline.
• Open to freshers without prior experience.
• Working days: Monday through Saturday for the initial six months; subsequently, alternate Saturdays off.
• The remuneration package will conform to company standards.
