Role Overview

As a Fleet Operations Driver, your core duty is to maintain an orderly and accessible e-scooter fleet throughout the city. You'll deploy e-scooters systematically, ensuring each is adequately charged and in safe riding condition. Additionally, you will retrieve misplaced scooters and transport damaged ones back to our warehouse for repairs to guarantee customer satisfaction and safety.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate vans to collect, distribute e-scooters, and perform battery swaps.
• Ensure orderly scooter parking to keep sidewalks and streets unobstructed.
• Locate and assess lost scooters, returning them to the warehouse or redeploying within the city.
• Carry out minor on-the-spot scooter repairs to maximize fleet availability.
• Support warehouse operations as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid EU B driving license with proficiency in manual vehicle operation.
• Experienced and reliable driver with strong knowledge of the local geography; prior professional driving experience is a plus.
• Proactive, hands-on, and responsible approach to overcoming challenges.
• Fluent in English and comfortable using smartphones and basic mechanical tools.
