Flight Operations Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Flight Operations Officer based in Dubai to facilitate and coordinate flight operations, training programs, simulator scheduling, and overall operational planning. This role requires collaboration with operational teams and leadership to guarantee aviation activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations, while also driving continual enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily activities involving flights, simulators, and training sessions.
• Assist in scheduling of crews, instructors, simulators, and other operational resources.
• Serve as the primary contact to address operational inquiries and resolve daily challenges.
• Contribute to safety management including conducting risk assessments and managing incident reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and relevant aviation laws and regulations.
• Work closely with flight crews, training instructors, engineering, maintenance, and support units.
• Manage and maintain operational records, schedules, reports, and all necessary documentation.
• Provide support during audits, ensure quality assurance, and monitor operational performance.
• Identify and propose enhancements to streamline operational procedures and processes.
• Assist with deploying new systems, training programs, and operational upgrades.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in flight operations, aviation training, or a related operational field.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination capabilities.
• Strong communication skills combined with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of aviation operational standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing or coordinating operational teams or events.
• Familiarity with simulator operations.
• Exposure to remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) or latest aviation technology trends.
• Experience in supporting reporting on operational performance and continuous improvement projects.
