Role Overview

As a freelance graphic designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is presented across both digital and physical platforms. You will transform creative ideas, campaigns, and content into visually striking assets that are engaging, clear, and aligned with our brand identity. Your portfolio will include a wide range of deliverables such as social media visuals, flyers, banners, presentations, advertisements, event materials, and branded merchandise. Collaborating closely with marketing, medical, and product teams, you will translate creative briefs into exceptional designs that advance our communication goals and business strategies.

Responsibilities

Produce captivating visual content for digital platforms including social media, newsletters, online ads, and campaign landing pages
Create print collateral such as flyers, brochures, posters, banners, event signage, and other promotional items
Design artwork and prepare production-ready files for branded merchandise, packaging, and giveaways, ensuring technical specifications like dimensions, bleed area, resolution, and color profiles are met
Modify existing designs to suit various formats, sizes, languages, and distribution channels
Ensure all materials consistently adhere to brand guidelines to maintain visual uniformity
Organize and maintain editable source files, templates, and exported design assets for efficient workflow

Skills and Qualifications

Proven professional experience in graphic, visual, or communication design or an equivalent creative discipline
A robust portfolio showcasing both digital and print design projects
Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Competence in creating print-ready artwork compliant with professional printing standards
Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Capability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and feedback cycles simultaneously
Effective and dependable communication skills, especially within remote working setups
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, motion graphics, illustration, photography, or basic video editing is advantageous
