Program Overview

Launching in January 2027, this 24-month Graduate Rotation Program offers immersive experience within the Global Client Group, providing exposure to crucial departments such as Client Services and Sales, and Operations. Participants will gain comprehensive insight into a global investment firm's workings, helping to build foundational knowledge, professional skills, and valuable networks.

Throughout the program, graduates receive consistent support from management and mentors and engage in collaboration with local and global teams. Daily responsibilities vary by department and encompass operational support, analysis, problem-solving, reporting, and research activities.

There are two openings available, both based in the Sydney office.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants from all degree disciplines are encouraged; completion of a degree by the end of 2026 with strong academic performance is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in extracurricular activities, internships, or relevant work experience.
• A genuine interest in financial markets coupled with an understanding of Dimensional's investment approach.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with structured and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Capability to quickly absorb and apply knowledge from both formal and informal learning settings.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with eagerness to learn additional software tools.
