Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival.
• Manage guest movement within the lobby, guiding them appropriately.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to facilitate smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Respond to inquiries, providing precise information about the property and available services.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area tidy, attractive, and well-maintained.
• Support reservations, respond to guest requests, and coordinate special arrangements for VIPs.
• Ensure guests experience a seamless and hospitable journey from their arrival to check-in.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferred prior experience in front office or guest-facing roles.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A confident, presentable, and customer-service-driven demeanor.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
