Overview

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $36, equating to approximately $75,000 annually, plus a $1000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out home maintenance and repair tasks covering multiple trades such as carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and smart home installations.
• Manage and maintain about 40 to 50 residential homes within a dedicated geographic area.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust as the primary handyman for each client.
• Utilize an app-based system for job tracking, scheduling, and task management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in handyman roles or multi-trade maintenance work.
• Proficiency in a range of trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Past experience as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber or electrician is highly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve most household repair issues independently.
• High attention to detail ensuring quality finishes such as neat caulking, patching, and painting.
• Excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, and professionalism.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, own a reliable vehicle, and possess necessary tools for the job.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work safely at heights reaching 12 feet using ladders or scaffolding.
