Job Overview

This leadership position entails overseeing the development, management, and expansion of Foreign Exchange (FX), Structured Products, and Treasury Investment Solutions within the wealth management division. The role focuses on formulating product strategies, boosting revenue, innovating product offerings, administering governance, ensuring regulatory adherence, and managing risks effectively. It aims to support the bank's strategic goals by delivering competitive financial solutions that fulfill client requirements and increase profitability.

Primary Duties

• Develop and execute treasury product strategies to drive business growth.
• Innovate and enhance product offerings in FX and Structured Products.
• Ensure comprehensive product governance and risk management compliance.
• Manage stakeholders and oversee successful project implementation.
• Handle the entire lifecycle of products from inception to maturity.
• Lead and nurture the product management team.
• Engage proactively with clients and monitor market trends.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships while overseeing governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in Treasury, FX, Structured Products, or Capital Markets.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing treasury or capital markets product teams.
• In-depth, practical knowledge of FX and derivatives products, structured investment products, and the procedures for product onboarding and implementation.
• Solid understanding of FX markets, treasury and structured products, derivatives, interest rate mechanisms, hedging solutions, as well as product governance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership skills coupled with effective people management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
