About the Role
KIMS Hospital in Maidstone, Kent is seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will play a vital role in supporting the HR team by managing administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a professional, confidential, and effective HR service for managers and staff.
Key Duties
- Keep employee records updated and manage the HR Information System accurately.
- Handle contract updates, salary changes, and respond to employee correspondence.
- Oversee DBS renewals, probation assessments, and processing employee departures.
- Manage requests for employment references.
- Assist with onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain precise HR documentation and provide general assistance to the HR department.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in administrative roles within busy office settings.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiar with working in regulated environments.
- Possesses GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HR administrative experience.
- Background in healthcare settings.

Additional Information
