Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Executive to efficiently manage daily human resource functions and ensure streamlined HR operations throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee employee onboarding paperwork and maintain comprehensive HR records.
• Support monthly payroll processing along with employee information management.
• Liaise with labor law consultants and agencies to guarantee compliance with statutory regulations.
• Execute routine HR administrative duties and assist the HR team with everyday operational tasks.
• Participate in screening candidates and conducting interviews.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree, with knowledge or interest in Human Resources.
• Willingness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site setting within a growing consumer brand.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR is advantageous.
