Information Technology Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Manager to join a premier publicly listed real estate firm. This opportunity involves managing IT operations with a focus on career growth and development in a vibrant property sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT support functions following ITIL/ITSM standards, providing Level 1 to Level 3 troubleshooting and supporting both hardware and software across the organization.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID/Azure AD while managing asset inventory and coordinating IT initiatives and procurement.
• Lead IT governance by developing policies, enforcing operational controls, ensuring compliance with software licensing, and serving as the primary point of contact for external vendors.
• Manage cybersecurity operations within Microsoft E5 framework, utilizing Defender XDR and Sentinel to track and investigate security threats, uphold data integrity, and prepare monthly reports for senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 5 to 8 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Holds a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrates strong troubleshooting capabilities in hardware and networking alongside experience in system monitoring and software patch management.
• Familiar with cybersecurity tools particularly Microsoft Defender and Sentinel.
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities for IT governance, excellent project management skills, and effective communication with organizational leadership.

Compensation

Salary reaches up to 8000 SGD per month.
