Role Overview
We are recruiting an Inside Sales Executive specializing in telecalling at our Patna office. This position revolves around extensive phone communication, aiming to educate potential customers about rooftop solar energy and government subsidies, qualify leads, and schedule site evaluations for our field team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound and handle inbound calls daily to prospective clients and designated lists.
- Clearly communicate solar energy advantages and subsidy details in Hindi to assess interest, roof availability, and budget constraints.
- Arrange site survey appointments for the field team, which is the primary goal.
- Follow up throughout the customer engagement pipeline.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the call management CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and survey scheduling targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in telecalling, inside sales, or BPO; over two years preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi with strong telephone communication skills; basic English knowledge is advantageous.
- Reside in or be willing to work onsite in Patna.
- Possess an Android smartphone capable of running the calling CRM and SIM-based dialer applications.
Compensation & Growth
The remuneration includes a fixed monthly salary of Rs 16,000, an annual bonus of Rs 24,000 upon completing one year, plus additional performance incentives. There is a structured progression path towards roles such as team lead or field sales executive.
