IT Associate

About the Role

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position offers the opportunity to manage and streamline Mnzil's internal technology environment. As an IT Associate, you will take ownership of the company's internal technology systems and business applications, ensuring they operate securely, efficiently, and reliably. This role extends beyond standard IT support and includes managing user access, device provisioning, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the company’s internal technology stack and business applications.
• Manage user lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, access permissions, and periodic reviews of user rights.
• Handle software licensing, subscription renewals, maintain vendor relationships, and manage IT procurement processes.
• Keep accurate records of technology assets including laptops, monitors, and other equipment.
• Coordinate provisioning, maintenance, repair, and replacement of devices.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving routine issues and escalating complex problems as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation for assets and IT operational procedures.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to oversee IT invoices, budgets, and procurement workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and enhance the internal IT operations to improve employee experience.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration.
• Proven experience managing modern workplace platforms and SaaS applications.
• Understanding of identity and access management best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
