Position Summary

We seek a motivated and open-minded Junior Accountant to join our Luxembourg office. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented team player enthusiastic about contributing within an international, multicultural environment, showing eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and review supplier invoices using the company’s accounting system.
• Maintain daily bookkeeping records of bank transactions ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Organize and maintain compliant accounting documentation and records.
• Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing and coordinating the annual external audits.
• Support the finance team to guarantee completeness and correctness of accounting data.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in accounting or administrative roles; familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency with Business Central ERP software.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
