Junior Design Coordinator

Artisan Digital is hiring a Junior Design Coordinator to join its expanding digital design team. This position is ideal for someone who is well organised, pays close attention to detail, communicates clearly, and has an interest in digital design, UX/UI, and working closely with clients.

Role Summary

In this Junior Design Coordinator position, you will assist with communication and coordination between the design team and clients, helping ensure requests are translated into clear next steps and projects stay on track.

Key Duties

• Work with clients to capture their requests, priorities, and feedback accurately.
• Convert client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the design team.
• Monitor design activities, feedback, and overall project progress.
• Maintain project dashboards and keep records current and accurate.
• Draft meeting notes, action points, and follow-up items.
• Share progress updates with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Help the team deliver high-quality design outputs.

Work Arrangement

This is a flexible hybrid position that combines onsite work with work-from-home days.

About You

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who is organised, detail-focused, and able to manage time well. You should also have an interest in digital design, UX/UI, or software products, along with a good design sense and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Experience

Experience in design, digital, software, project coordination, account coordination, or client service would be an advantage, although it is not required.

Eligibility

Applicants must have full-time Australian working rights on an ongoing basis.
