Through structured training and close mentorship by experienced colleagues, you will grow into a fully responsible account manager over approximately one year.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and continuously optimizing marketing campaigns.
• Gradually take accountability for managing live accounts and real brand portfolios, progressing to independent management.
• Strategically contribute to the growth and development of client accounts, evolving from an executor to a trusted partner.

Qualifications

• Roughly one year of work experience in online marketing; discipline specialization is flexible.
• Careful, self-driven work style coupled with enthusiasm for analyzing data and numbers.
• Residence in Munich or willingness to relocate, with excellent German language proficiency.
