Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit high volumes of professional content including reels, shorts, cinematic, and long-form videos tailored for diverse clients.
• Craft dynamic and high-energy promotional videos employing cinematic storytelling techniques.
• Manage all stages of post-production from rough cuts to captioning, sound design, basic color correction, and advanced motion graphics.
• Implement engagement-focused editing by mastering techniques such as captivating hooks, strategic use of captions, B-roll footage, and seamless transitions to boost viewer retention.
• Incorporate modern AI-driven tools to streamline tasks such as caption generation, noise reduction, and asset management.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Proficiency with editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, and similar tools at a basic level.
• Capability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines while maintaining Velari's standards.
• A strong grasp of contemporary social media trends, including pacing and rhythm in video content.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep project files and asset libraries tidy and accessible.
• Effective communication skills to incorporate constructive feedback rapidly.
• A creative mindset open to experimenting with novel techniques for each project.

Additional Details

• Monthly Salary: INR 15,000 - 20,000, negotiable depending on experience and talent.
• Work Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.
• Work Mode: Primarily Work from Office, six days a week, subject to discussion and feasibility.
• Experience Required: 0 to 2 years.
• Recruitment Process:
  1. Telephone pre-screening focusing on eligibility and cultural fit.
  2. Remote technical test featuring portfolio review and skill-assessment assignment.
  3. Final interview with the Founder and HR.
