Position Overview
This role involves performing comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) assessments for onboarding and ongoing monitoring of business clients, ensuring all procedures comply with both internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute KYB/KYC evaluations for both new and existing business customers, including onboarding assessments, routine periodic reviews, and event-triggered updates, aligned with compliance demands.
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on higher-risk clients by examining ownership details, business operations, and verifying submitted documents.
- Identify and investigate potential Money Laundering (AML), sanctions breaches, and other financial crime risks by analyzing customer data for warning signs and escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with departments such as Compliance, Operations, and Risk to address onboarding challenges, secure necessary documentation, and facilitate prompt onboarding and continuous monitoring of clients.
- Ensure precise documentation and case management in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/AML standards, sanctions regulations, and mandated compliance protocols within a regulated financial services environment.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $30 to $33 and is performed fully remotely.
