Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to our existing customer base who are familiar with our products and services.
• Engage in friendly, meaningful discussions to understand customers’ home improvement needs.
• Introduce our comprehensive selection of home improvement products and services to customers.
• Generate high-quality leads for the sales team to pursue.
• Meet and strive to surpass performance targets, celebrating achievements along the way.

Who We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in call centers, sales, or lead generation is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.
• Driven, resilient, and goal-oriented personality.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred, or willingness to learn.
• A positive mindset and commitment to outstanding customer service.
