Your Role and Impact
As Lead Talent Partner, you'll contribute meaningfully to rebuilding at-home healthcare by establishing Verse Medical as a top choice for exceptional professionals. This role offers the unique opportunity to create recruitment processes from scratch, navigating ambiguity and laying a strong foundation for the future workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment of high-priority, senior-level, and specialized technical positions, personally closing top talent.
- Collaborate with C-suite and VP leaders to plan workforce needs, advise on market dynamics, and develop scalable organizational strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and sourcers, enhancing team capabilities and fostering a culture focused on continuous improvement and high achievement.
- Innovate hiring processes by optimizing the applicant tracking system (Ashby), developing structured interview methods, and creating top-tier employer branding campaigns.
- Lead data-driven initiatives including capacity planning, compensation benchmarking, pipeline forecasting, and translating recruiting metrics into executive insights.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experiences organization-wide, reflecting Verse Medical's values through every engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over seven years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in fast-growth environments, with strong expertise in executive and leadership hiring.
- In-depth knowledge of the health technology sector with the capability to source and evaluate candidates across various positions.
- Proven ability to build and scale recruitment frameworks grounded in best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation expertise.
- Strategic thinker able to approach complex talent acquisition challenges with creative problem-solving.
- Passionate about driving meaningful change in healthcare through dedicated talent acquisition.
Work Environment and Tools
You will work closely within a dynamic Talent team that values pragmatic solutions, simplicity, and rapid execution. Tools utilized include the Ashby ATS, recruitment outreach via LinkedIn, Gem, and Juicebox, as well as screening and interview platforms such as BrightHire and CoderPad.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $175,000 per year.

Location and Work Schedule
This position is based in Verse Medical’s Chelsea, New York City office, following a hybrid work arrangement that requires four days per week onsite to promote collaboration and innovation.
