The Learning and Development Program Manager will play a key role in defining and advancing the company's learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the strategic vision for learning and development, pinpointing capability gaps and prioritizing impactful initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Create, enhance, and manage comprehensive learning programs covering the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, fraud education, managerial and leadership development, and ongoing professional growth.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to assess skill requirements and design effective learning interventions that boost personal and organizational performance.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions tailored for employees, managers, and executives.
- Enhance knowledge sharing by establishing scalable resources, documentation, and self-service learning tools.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data analytics and participant feedback to refine learning experiences continually.
- Serve as the principal point of ownership for learning initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands-on program execution.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of professional experience in areas such as consulting (leading learning or organizational change), learning and development, talent development, or closely related fields.
- Proven track record of designing and expanding learning programs rather than just facilitating pre-existing content.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Strong program management skills enabling independent oversight of multiple projects from conception through delivery.
- Expertise in crafting engaging and practical educational experiences tailored for adult learners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment, adept at establishing new programs from scratch.
- A curious, cooperative, pragmatic, and highly action-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in startup environments or rapidly scaling tech companies.
- Background supporting technical teams or organizations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $155,000 to $200,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
