Role Overview
SentiLink seeks a seasoned Learning & Development professional to establish and scale their learning initiatives. This critical role will define the overarching learning strategy, enhance current programs, and develop new learning experiences that support employee growth from onboarding through management and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a comprehensive learning strategy that identifies skill gaps and prioritizes impactful learning programs.
- Design and evolve learning solutions covering employee onboarding, fraud education, managerial and leadership development, and ongoing professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify learning requirements and implement practical training that enhances individual and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead engaging workshops and training sessions tailored to diverse audiences including employees, managers, and executives.
- Enhance accessibility to knowledge by developing scalable learning materials, documentation, and self-service tools.
- Track and analyze the success of learning initiatives using data and participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the key owner of learning and development at SentiLink ensuring a balance between strategic direction and hands-on execution.
Required Qualifications
- Between 6 to 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Consulting (focused on learning, change management, or organizational effectiveness), or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale learning programs beyond just content delivery.
- Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities suitable for varied audience groups.
- Excellent program management skills enabling independent handling of multiple projects from conception to completion.
- Proficient in creating engaging and relevant learning activities for adult learners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where the creation of new programs is routine.
- Highly curious, pragmatic, collaborative, and execution-focused mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Background in startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Experience working with technical teams or supporting technical roles.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $155,000 to $200,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
