Role Summary

This role as a Management Trainee includes a thorough training program designed to prepare you for leadership in restaurant management. You will gain experience in managing both front-end and back-end restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant functions including dining area, kitchen, and service workflow.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and professionally address customer feedback.
• Uphold strict food quality, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Support team supervision and provide guidance during shifts.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and staff training activities.
• Encourage team motivation and maintain a collaborative workplace atmosphere.
• Monitor inventory levels and aid in stock ordering and management.
• Implement measures to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
• Assist with cash handling and prepare daily sales reports.
• Engage in formal training sessions on service, kitchen processes, and management.
• Shadow senior managers to develop decision-making and problem-solving competencies.
• Prepare for advancement to roles such as Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager.
