Role overview

The Manager – Administration & Facility will be responsible for directing administrative and facility operations to ensure the office runs smoothly, infrastructure remains well maintained, safety requirements are met, and employees receive effective support services.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain the office premises, utilities, and equipment in proper working condition.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, and pantry operations.
  • Handle vendor coordination for facility-related services and support contract negotiations.
  • Set up and track preventive maintenance plans for electrical systems, HVAC, and other infrastructure.
  • Oversee front desk, travel desk, and courier-related activities.
  • Administer office supplies, purchase requirements, and inventory tracking.

Requirements
