Role Overview

This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing and includes managing a marketing executive. The main objective is to increase transaction volume across itsu restaurants by spearheading strategic campaign development and execution. These campaigns will support menu launches, sales initiatives, and cultural events, primarily utilizing owned digital and in-store channels, along with influencer marketing and paid social promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compelling in-restaurant campaigns and product launches that enhance brand awareness and drive customer transactions.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to produce creative assets across various formats, including point-of-sale materials and packaging.
  • Create detailed and engaging campaign briefs for both internal teams and external creative professionals such as photographers, videographers, and animators involved in digital totem content.
  • Act as a brand steward by ensuring brand consistency across all communications and packaging while maintaining simplicity and clarity.
  • Provide occasional support for local market initiatives and new store marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively.
