Role Overview

We seek a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team and elevate the user experience across key areas of the Questionmark OnDemand platform. In this role, you will be central to creating prototypes and polished interfaces that align with user needs and business goals, collaborating closely with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces by applying UX/UI expertise through concept development, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs for implementation.
• Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders involved with various platform products and features.
• Effectively communicate design strategies and their impact on user and customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in design critiques and decision-making with confidence grounded in experience.
• Provide and solicit prompt feedback to ensure cohesion within the team and project alignment.
• Incorporate AI technologies into workflows as an innovation catalyst.
• Contribute research-driven insights to support the product roadmap focused on user-centered, valuable digital experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional product design experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering design-driven solutions that have been released to production.
• Competence with web applications and system design.
• Self-reliant and proactive in managing personal workload and priorities.
• Foundational knowledge of front-end development technologies.
• Skilled in presentation techniques and storytelling to convey design rationale.
• Bonus: Experience in accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Bonus: Basic coding experience or understanding.
