Role Overview
This fully remote role based in the UAE involves acting as a Personal Shopper who comprehensively understands client requirements to ensure exceptional satisfaction levels.
Primary Responsibilities
- Confirming and negotiating product pricing with suppliers.
- Verifying and optimizing shipping expenses for deliveries to Japan.
- Overseeing order management tracking from procurement through to final dispatch.
Candidate Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong focus on delivering great customer service and enhancing customer experience.
- Demonstrated sales background with an ability to accurately assess customer needs.
- Capacity to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and multitask in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in personal shopping, procurement, or retail sectors is advantageous.
