Job Summary
Zepto is currently recruiting for the role of Picker/Packer based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The position involves selecting orders accurately and verifying stock. Candidates will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of the warehouse operations.
Working Hours and Shifts
- The role requires 9 hours of work per day, with one off day weekly.
- Shift schedules are split into three options: 1st Shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 2nd Shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and 3rd Shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Compensation
- The total monthly salary package offered is approximately 21,000 INR CTC.
- Breakdown includes a base pay of 19,000 INR, attendance bonus of 1,000 INR, leave encashment of 1,000 INR, plus incentives up to 4,000 INR depending on performance.
