Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Planning Manager to oversee all planning and scheduling operations for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in project controls, timeline management, and resource allocation to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, update, and manage project master schedules utilizing Primavera P6.
  • Create baseline, recovery, and forward-looking schedules to guide project timelines.

  • Assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims through detailed scheduling reviews and documentations.
  • Maintain adherence to project planning protocols, reporting standards, and client requirements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Planning Engineers on the project team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in construction planning, including minimum 3 years as a Planning Manager.
  • Demonstrated track record managing planning for large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong analytical abilities, leadership qualities, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to thrive within a high-paced, on-site project setting.

Technical Expertise

  • Extensive experience with Primavera P6 is mandatory.
