Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a PLSQL Developer with extensive experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, with a strong command over core and advanced PL/SQL functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL components including Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and Materialized Views.
- Utilize advanced PL/SQL features such as Collections, Records, Analytical Functions, and Bulk Operations to create efficient database solutions.
- Perform exception handling and debugging to ensure reliability and stability of PL/SQL code.
- Optimize complex SQL queries and conduct performance tuning with tools like EXPLAIN PLAN for efficient data processing.
- Manage processing of large data volumes effectively while ensuring optimal database performance.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, AWS Kiro, Gemini, and Claude to enhance development productivity including procedure generation, code refactoring, and documentation.
- Employ AI technologies for reverse engineering legacy code and integrating AI agents with databases via MCP or similar protocols.
- Apply AI-driven recommendations to improve performance tuning and adopt AI methodologies throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Proficient in SQL query optimization and performance tuning techniques.
- Practical experience with AI-enabled backend engineering tools and integration standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex database programming tasks.
- Any graduate degree is required to apply.
