Role Overview

We are seeking a PMO Consultant to establish and enforce standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance practices. This role involves monitoring project schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk factors while providing necessary tools and guidance to project managers for seamless project implementation. The consultant will develop detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership, identify and address project risks and issues, and ensure that project delivery aligns with strategic priorities and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized methodologies and governance for project management.
• Track project timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Support project managers with tools, guidance, and resources for effective project execution.
• Create regular project reports, dashboards, and updates for executive leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business goals and scheduled timelines.
• Continuously improve PMO processes, reporting standards, and project management practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrable experience in PMO, project management, or governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks, and governance protocols.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in technology-focused settings.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Experience in Telecom, Technology, or Technology Service Provider sectors is highly preferred.
• Candidates should exhibit familiarity with the GCC market and complex technological project delivery environments.
