Position Overview

The Private Equity team in Singapore is seeking an intern for a six-month engagement. This role involves comprehensive participation in the investment cycle, including opportunity sourcing, critical due diligence, and active portfolio company management. The intern will collaborate closely with internal teams across KKR’s broad service spectrum including client solutions, operations, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze industry dynamics to identify emerging investment trends.
• Source potential investment opportunities fitting strategic themes.
• Conduct detailed due diligence and develop financial/business models supporting new investments; manage deal execution phases.
• Support portfolio company management by advancing operational and financial strategies and driving value creation initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Required Competencies

• A strong passion for investing and entrepreneurship coupled with solid analytical capabilities.
• Experience with investment analysis, structuring, and financial modeling across multiple industries preferred.
• Ability to work independently within a meritocracy-driven, collaborative team atmosphere.
• Previous internships in private equity or investment banking advantageous.
• Outstanding academic background from a reputable institution mandatory.
