Role Overview

We are seeking a Processing Cleaning Attendant to join our Dover processing facility, located approximately 1.5 hours south of Hobart. This position is part-time with afternoon shifts from 2pm to 10pm, which includes a 15% shift loading. The role involves ensuring the factory and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after production to prepare for the next day. Prior industrial or food production cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean factory equipment and work areas following production processes.
• Collaborate within a small team to prepare the facility for daily operations.
• Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene standards to maintain compliance and workplace safety.
• Contribute effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving production environment, emphasizing team coordination.

Requirements

• Availability to work around 35 hours weekly, including some weekends.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team setting.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to work.
• A proactive, positive attitude prioritizing safety in the workplace.
• Legal working rights in Australia are mandatory.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical check and drug testing.
