Procurement Executive

Role Overview

We seek a meticulous and driven Procurement Executive with a track record in real estate and facility management sectors. The candidate must demonstrate effective negotiation, supplier oversight, and procurement capabilities to secure goods and services promptly and cost-efficiently.

Key Duties

• Identify, negotiate with, and purchase materials, equipment, and services essential to business needs.
• Assess and select suppliers, obtain price quotes, and ensure economical purchasing decisions.
• Create and manage purchase orders according to project specifications.
• Track inventory and guarantee the punctual delivery of items.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, contractual terms, and relevant industry regulations.
• Keep precise procurement documentation and generate necessary reports.
• Review contractual documents, purchase deals, and technical details prior to order issuance.
• Find and engage suitable suppliers and service vendors for real estate development projects.
• Address procurement challenges such as delays, quality issues, and supplier conflicts.
• Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities for auditing purposes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of experience in procurement roles comparable to a Procurement Executive.
• A bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven background in the real estate sector or facility management industry.
• Experience handling procurement for both residential and commercial materials and services.
• In-depth familiarity with UAE suppliers and contractors market.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite and procurement software tools.
