Role Overview

As a Procurement Supervisor at TAAM Health, you will assist the Procurement Manager in overseeing daily procurement activities. Your responsibilities include managing supplier orders, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring adherence to procurement protocols across various clusters.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and maintain effective communication with suppliers within assigned categories.
• Monitor the progress and delivery schedules of orders, proactively identifying and addressing delays.
• Keep accurate procurement documentation, including contracts and supplier performance metrics.
• Support the evaluation and onboarding of new vendors.
• Help develop and implement standardized procurement procedures (SOPs) for the team.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning teams to synchronize purchasing volumes with forecasted needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Proficient in ERP procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Preferably experienced in procurement within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
