Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the produce department, ensuring it is well-zoned.
• Rotate stock regularly and check for any expired or near-expired products.
• Verify that all merchandise is correctly signed and priced according to company standards.
• Adhere strictly to established policies and procedures for cold chain management, including thermometer calibration, temperature logging, proper food handling, product rotation, and managing sell-by and expiration dates.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including cleaning protocols.
• Execute procedures for ordering, clearance items, price adjustments, and signage.
• Ensure the department is consistently stocked with merchandise, ready for customer traffic.
• Comply with all Health and Safety regulations.
• Stock new merchandise, manage downstocking, and apply product protection measures as needed.
• Set up and complete modular displays, including flexible modulars and new shelf capacity setups.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
