Product Manager

Position Overview

We seek an experienced Product Manager to spearhead the complete product lifecycle from idea generation to continuous enhancement. This role focuses on crafting innovative products that deliver outstanding value to customers while propelling business growth. Collaboration with multifaceted teams is essential to shape product vision, set priorities, and ensure delivery aligns with customer requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap creation for new and existing products.

• Oversee go-to-market strategies, launches, stakeholder communications, and pricing models.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid grasp of product management principles, product lifecycle workflows, and Agile techniques.
• Proven experience with strategy formulation, roadmap planning, and feature definition.
• Expertise in market research, customer insight discovery, UX understanding, and product data analytics.
• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, or Notion.
• Understanding of software processes, system architecture, APIs, and cloud applications is advantageous.
• Proficiency in data analysis/reporting platforms like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.

• Leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and decision-making experience driving cross-team projects.
