- Drive efforts to ensure consistency in feature availability across all markets, supporting standardized patient and clinician experiences.
- Design and maintain dashboards and quarterly reports to monitor feature adoption, issue resolution, and platform performance for stakeholders.
- Ensure robust data infrastructure supports impact measurement for every feature deployment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in product operations, technical program management, or similar roles, preferably in digital health or service-oriented companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, action-oriented mindset comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving projects with aggressive deadlines, including client or health system-facing engagements.
- Adept at communicating across technical and non-technical audiences; capable of authoring bug tickets, SOPs, and launch plans that are practical and followed.
- Hands-on experience with EHR configuration and system integration is highly desirable.
- Basic analytical skills for data dashboard construction and pattern identification, though not necessarily requiring expert SQL proficiency.
Success Milestones
- Within 90 days: Conduct a thorough audit of Athena configurations, identify gaps with remediation plans, optimize bug triage processes, and establish strong relationships with health system partners preparing for Epic integration.
- Within 6 months: Implement repeatable systems and product launch checklists for new markets, improve bug resolution turnaround, and ensure clinic readiness for feature releases.
- Within 1 year: Build a comprehensive SOP library, stabilize clinical system configurations, successfully onboard at least one new health system EHR environment, and establish reliable support structures within product and operations teams.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually, dependent on experience and location.
- Equity options aligned with level.
- Remote-flexible with occasional travel to clinics and health system partners in New York/New Jersey/Connecticut, Chicago, or Charlotte.
