Program Coordinator - Innovation and Incubation

Role Overview

The Program Coordinator will oversee end-to-end management of incubation programs focused on emerging technologies, cross-business unit ideation, and fintech innovation. This role requires ensuring structured execution, governance, and on-time delivery while fostering smooth project transitions from incubation phases to business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incubation initiatives related to emerging technologies, cross-unit ideation, and fintech projects.
• Establish execution plans, timelines, and governance schedules for all programs.
• Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization across pilots and implementations.
• Collaborate with sponsor business units and points of contact to facilitate project creation, incubation, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
• Ensure timely adherence to project milestones and delivery plans.
• Prepare structured reports covering progress, risks, dependencies, and results for leadership review.
• Document key result areas, key performance indicators, milestones, and success criteria for all initiatives.
• Enable effective handoff of projects to respective departments for ongoing operations within stipulated timelines (e.g., six months).

Requirements

• Master's degree such as MBA or PGDM with specialization in Strategy, Operations, or Technology.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Digital Transformation, or handling Innovation projects.
