You are a seasoned programme or project management professional with proven experience delivering sizeable capital investments in manufacturing, FMCG, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or similar industrial sectors. You excel at balancing strategic oversight and practical delivery while engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record managing complex capital projects from conception to operational handover.
- Expertise in establishing programme governance frameworks and project control systems.
- Proficient with integrated planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Experience in directing contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other delivery partners.
- Strong commercial acumen including budget oversight, forecasting, and managing changes.
- Adept at identifying risks, resolving issues, managing dependencies, and prioritizing objectives.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to senior leaders, operational staff, and external partners.
- Capability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal line authority.
