About the Role

The Project Administrator position offers a six-month contract role supporting cross-business unit operations within Power Services, ASCO Services, and Secure Power. This key role ensures seamless project coordination, financial oversight, and order management. Working remotely, the incumbent becomes an essential link between Finance, Order Entry, Scheduling, Sales, and Service teams to guarantee accurate revenue recognition and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, work orders, and projected completion dates for projects.
  • Manage financial forecasting, track revenue streams, and ensure timely revenue recognition.
  • Analyze revenue data derived from Oracle, SAP, BFS, and ASCO systems to support informed decision making.
  • Provide support to Order Entry and Scheduling teams through finance exception report analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Warranty, Sales, and Operations teams to maintain operational alignment.
  • Act as primary liaison connecting internal departments, customers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project workflows.
  • Prepare quotations for ASCO services and assist with cross-business purchase order processes.
  • Engage regularly in weekly operational meetings reviewing forecasting, backlog, work in progress, and overall project status.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in project coordination, order management, or service administration.
  • Proven skills in project scheduling, coordination, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fundamental understanding of financial forecasting and accounting principles.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently within a hybrid remote work environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Salesforce is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with SAP, Clearview, and Microsoft Office 365 tools.
  • Understanding of PMO (Project Management Office) principles.
