About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Project Data Analyst to join our team remotely from Germany. This entry-level position involves working with project teams to convert data into meaningful insights that inform project performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing project-related data to aid in reporting and decision support.
• Creating dashboards, reports, and visual representations for tracking project progress and outcomes.
• Partnering with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Tracking key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, or potential improvements.
• Providing support for various ad-hoc data analysis requests during project execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Junior or entry-level professional with up to 3 years of experience including internships.
• Background in data analysis, project coordination, or related fields.
• Skills in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational aptitude.
• Ability to clearly interpret and communicate data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in balancing multiple responsibilities while working remotely.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Germany.
