Role Overview

The Prompt Engineer role is a remote, full-time position responsible for designing, testing, and enhancing prompts that drive AI-based design workflows, content generation, and experimental projects. This position involves working closely with designers and product teams to convert practical use cases into dependable prompt systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reusable prompt libraries.
• Document best practices for prompt engineering.
• Evaluate prompt outputs to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and improve prompt performance.
• Identify innovative applications of AI to accelerate creative and growth initiatives.
• Participate in community critiques, live sessions, and knowledge-sharing events.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in prompt engineering, including instruction design, systematic testing, and optimizing outputs.
• Experience using large language models with a solid understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
• Aptitude for translating design, product, and content requirements into efficient AI workflows.
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable with fast-paced experimentation, iteration, and working in ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies employed in creative or product development workflows.
• A strong curiosity about design, user experience, and AI-powered problem-solving.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Linguistics, or a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
