Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent Public Relations Supervisor specializing in real estate development to manage and oversee all government approvals and permits associated with various projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple governmental authorities to ensure compliance and timely processing of necessary documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage coordination and processing of all government approvals pertinent to real estate development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with authorities including the Municipality, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Interior, Civil Defence, and other regulatory agencies.
- Prepare, submit, and track submissions of building permits, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), land approvals, and related project documentation.
- Oversee the punctual renewal of all permits and licenses connected to developmental projects to prevent any compliance lapses.
