Job Overview

The role involves establishing Key Performance Indicators to manage and control Quality Control processes, ensuring products meet the highest standards to fulfill customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and track KPIs for quality control processes to guarantee superior product quality aligned with customer expectations.
• Operate production machinery in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and related guidelines.
• Utilize standard equipment and office automation tools effectively.
• Conduct testing and inspections of machine and process parameters in QC laboratories, using various levels of lab equipment to detect deviations according to engineering and procedural standards.
• Inspect and test components including tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products to identify any non-conformance with specifications.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations on quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Gather, interpret, and analyze data from multiple sources to prepare reports supporting informed decision-making.
