Role overview
This quality control microbiology position is based in Hyderabad and focuses on laboratory testing, media preparation, and biological assays to support product quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out microbial limit tests on raw materials as well as finished goods, strictly following the approved testing procedures.
- Prepare culture media and related solutions needed for laboratory work.
- Conduct bioassays to evaluate antibiotic effectiveness.
Candidate profile
The preferred applicant should hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology and bring at least 2 years of experience from a pesticides or agrochemical environment. A solid grasp of laboratory practices is important.
Compliance knowledge
Working knowledge of GMP and GLP standards is required for this role.
