Quality Surveyor

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Quality Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The candidate should bring solid expertise in quantity surveying, including preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimations, and project quotations along with proficiency in AutoCAD. This role demands precision, technical competence, and the ability to aid in project planning and execution phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and assess Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for various projects.
• Develop precise cost estimates and project quotations.
• Analyze and review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs from engineering drawings.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, procurement teams, and project members.
• Track and control project expenses to ensure budget adherence.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and generate reports.
• Utilize AutoCAD software to interpret and examine technical drawings.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related disciplines.
• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Quantity or Quality Surveyor.
• Proven skills in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and quotations.
• Competence in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical abilities alongside effective communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work exposure in construction, landscaping, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.

Additional Information

Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Saudi Arabia.
