About the Role
Our Elmwood village in Manurewa is seeking a full-time Receptionist to become an integral member of their committed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving as the inviting and friendly face of our establishment
- Delivering exceptional administrative assistance
- Ensuring seamless service operations
- Providing an outstanding experience for residents and visitors
- Offering professional customer service and administrative support that helps maintain calm in a busy environment
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a comparable role
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively handle diverse queries from visitors, contractors, residents, and their families
- Experience managing administration, accounts payable, petty cash, and supplier relations
- Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to build rapport, assist others, and treat residents with dignity and respect
- Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand
